PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset operation device of an offset type hydraulic back hoe capable of being operated by the fingers of an operator holding an operation lever in an offset operation device of an offset type hydraulic back hoe and further, preventing shocks from arising even when it is operated by operator's fingers and make subtle positioning operation enabled and realize favorable operability. SOLUTION: The offset operation device 31 provided at the grip 20a of a first operation lever 20 is provided with a pilot circuit 40 having analog type operation input tools 22, 23 which can be operated by operator's fingers, a controller 36 in which the avobe operation signals are input, and a pilot circuit 40 having solenoid valves 38, 39 actuated by driving signals from the controller 36. And the output pilot pressure of the solenoid valves 38, 39 is given to the hydraulic driving parts 33a, 33b direction-changeover valve 33 to control the drive, stop, and the operating direction at the driving time of the offset cylinder 10 in accordance with the operation of the analog type operation input tools 22, 23, and the driving speed of the offset cylinder 10 is controlled in accordance with the operating quantity.
