PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing styrene by dehydrogenating ethylbenzene, capable of reducing energy consumption without increasing equipment expenses and to provide equipment for the same. SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing for styrene carries out a dehydrogenation reaction of ethylbenzene which is distilled from top of an ethylbenzene rectification tower of an ethylbenzene manufacturing equipment and supplied in gas phase as raw material for an equipment for manufacturing styrene, and the equipment for manufacturing styrene installs an ethylbenzene transfer pipe connecting an introducing tube to a condenser for top distillate of the ethylbenzene rectification tower and a raw material introducing part for the dehydrogenation reaction of the styrene manufacturing equipment through a control valve.
