PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide artificial organs which allow the use of the head of the upper arm having an eccentric shaft which is arbitrarily rotatable and is positioned in an eccentric position and a method for using the same. SOLUTION: The assembly has a trial assembly which includes a trial main body segment 20 having a trial bore 65 and a trial head segment provided with a trial head member 42 including a trial offset sign 44 and an eccentrically arranged trial head stem 46 extending from the trial head member and having a shape to be received in the trial bore and a final assembly which includes a final main body segment having the final bore and the final head segment provided with the final head member including the final offset sign and the eccentrically arranged final head stem extending from the final head member and having the shape to be received in the final bore.
