SUBSTANCE: method involves physical effect on sodium nucleospermate solutions by step heating a solution to 40-45 C before its sterilizing filtration followed by its step cooling to 18-20 C. Heating and cooling are carried out at the rate 0.2 C/min, not above, with temperature interval 3 C and keeping at constant temperature after each interval for 15 min. Method provides preparing sodium nucleospermate solutions with decreased rheological indices that makes painlessness to preparation at injection route of its administration and improved bioavailability expressed as some indices of pharmacological activity. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, improved medicinal properties and values. 3 tbl |
