PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-propelled soil improving machine enabling a stable improvement in soil by preventing such a state as to be unable to be operated due to jamming of gravel. SOLUTION: The self-propelled soil improving machine is provided with an introducing part port 51 for introducing soil to be improved and a soil improving material added to the above soil, a paddle mixer 53 having rotational shafts 54 and 54, respectively, fitted with a plurality of agitating blades 61 so as to agitate and mix the introduced soil and the soil improving material, and a mixing device body 50 formed with an exhaust port 52 for discharging the agitated and mixed soil. The agitating blades 61 are arranged in such a manner that the rotational loci of the agitating blades 61 are located at least in such positions as to contact or be separated from one another.
