摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new charge transfer molecule showing high charge carrier mobility. SOLUTION: Aryl diamine charge transfer molecules for the charge transfer layer of an image forming member show higher mobility by tncreasing the number of phenyl groups between nitrogen atoms of aryldiamine. The aryldiamine has a structure expressed by (X-Ph)(Y-Ph)-N-(Ph)n-N-(Ph-Y)(Ph-X). In the formula, Ph is a phenyl group, X is a hydrogen atom or 1 to about 20C alkyl group, Y is a hydrogen atom or 1 to about 20C alkyl group, and n is an integer >=4. The charge transfer layer is prepared by dispersing with the molecular scale or dissolving the aryldiamine charge transfer molecules in a polymer binder.
