PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a nonaqueous electrolyte battery with excellent high- rate discharge performance and safety by reducing the quantity of the electrolyte, and uniformizing the distributed state of the electrolyte in the battery. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the nonaqueous electrolyte battery includes a process of evaporating an electrolyte after containing the electrolyte in a power generating element provided with a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a separator.
