PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abrasion in a pressed surface of a synchronous ring pressed by a point of application of a lever member, and to prevent releasing of an engagement between a balance weight and the lever member, in a synchromesh for transmission with synchronism capacity increased by a leverage of the lever member. SOLUTION: Tongue portions 36-1, 42-1 of springs 36, 42 which respectively widen lever members 34, 40 outwardly in a radial direction are interposed between pressing parts 34-4a, 34-4b of the lever member 34 and a pressed surface 32-2 of the synchronous ring 32 and between pressing parts 40-4a, 40-4b of the lever member 40 and a pressed surface 38-2 of the synchronous ring 38, respectively, and movement of the balance weight 44 in an axial direction is regulated by the spring 36 and a hub 12.
