<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosensitive resistance element shaped uniformly in a conductive member and its connection part respectively, with improved connection strength between the conductive member and a base body, and provided with excellent durability for the connection part and to provide a flow rate sensor with excellent reliability and measurement precision. SOLUTION: This thermosensitive resistance element 1 is provided with a cylindrical base body 3 constructed of an insulating material, a thermosensitive resistor 2 formed on the outer circumferential face of the base body 3 for communicating the both end parts of the base body 3 to each other, and the conductive member 4 electrically connected to the thermosensitive resistor 2 and protruded from both end parts of the base body 3. The conductive member 4 is constructed of a crown type body 4a having a recess part with an inside diameter complementary to the base body 3 outside diameter and a lead wire 4b protruded from the crown type body 4a, and the base body 3 and the conductive member 4 are connected together when the base body 3 end part is crowned with the crown type body 4a.</p> |
