PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-absorbing flue of firewood, gas, or oil-burning space heater for increasing heating efficiency, contributing generally to conservation of resources and abatement of air pollution caused by flue-gas emission, in view of the fact that those heating appliances used in cold districts are operated in combination with other kinds of heating appliances, because of low efficiencies of the fuels considering the consumption. SOLUTION: The flue (1) is provided with an internal flue (3), a small ventilator (3) attached to the flue side, and a hot-gas exhaust port (5) made on the side opposite to the ventilator.
