摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the yield of a crop and accelerate the growth of a plant by giving titanium oxide photo catalyst to a ground surface. SOLUTION: This titanium oxide-based photo catalyst is obtained by forming an inorganic oxide having porous structure such as a silica sand, zeolite, silica, etc., into a sand like particles, and loading fine particles of the titanium oxide (TiO2) photo catalyst or plural photo catalysts obtained by doping fine particles of a transition metal, metal oxide, etc., on the titanium oxide in a highly dispersed and high density state on the pores of their surfaces, and when the above catalyst is given on a vegetated ground surface, a fertilization effect caused by the nitrogen fixation appears.
