PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional conventional methods for generating a nominal frequency by using a PLL circuit that they have a limited shortest time required for a frequency change by a comparison frequency. SOLUTION: When generating a nominal frequency by using a PLL circuit provided with a voltage-controlled oscillator, a 1st frequency divider, a 2nd frequency divider, a reference oscillator and a phase detector, a 1st comparison frequency and a 2nd comparison frequency compared by the phase detector are both increased and an output frequency from the voltage-controlled oscillator is roughly adjusted to be the nominal frequency, and the 1st comparison frequency and the 2nd comparison frequency are decreased again, and the output frequency of the voltage-controlled oscillator is fine-adjusted to be the nominal frequency. |
