PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new N,N-disubstituted type (meth)acryloyl group- containing carbamic acid halide containing a carbon/carbon double bond and two kinds of functional groups of other functional groups in one molecule, to provide a method for producing the same, to obtain a new (meth)acryloyl group-containing amine salt useful as a raw material for producing the (meth) acryloyl group-containing carbamic acid halide, and to provide a method for producing the new (meth)acryloyl group-containing amine salt. SOLUTION: This (meth)acryloyl group-containing carbamic acid halide is represented by general formula 1 (R1 is hydrogen or a methyl group; R2 is a 1-10C alkylene group; R3 is a 1-5C alkoxy group; and X is a halogen). The (meth)acryloyl group-containing amine salt is represented by general formula 2. The method for producing the (meth)acryloyl group-containing carbamic acid halide of general formula 1 comprises reacting the (meth)acryloyl group- containing amine salt of general formula 2 with a carbonyl dihalide.
