PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge and supply quantitatively and intermittently or continuously various liquid such as adhesive, clean solder, phosphor, grease, paint, hotmelt, chemicals, food or the like accurately at a high speed. SOLUTION: The device for supplying the fluid has an axial direction driving means for giving relative displacement between a piston and a cylinder in the axial direction, a means for giving rotary motion and a means for forcibly feeding the fluid and the discharge flow rate is on-/off-controlled by changing the fluid resistance of the discharge flow passage using the axial direction driving means.
