PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sector antenna which can reduce interference to an adjacent sector, and restrain the decrease of effective gain of an antenna. SOLUTION: A required antenna pattern of the sector antenna is g(θ), which is obtained assuming that an arrival radio wave from a mobile station to the sector antenna has no spread in the radio wave. A spread pattern of radio wave is ρ(θ), when the radio wave arrives from the mobile station. And when the pattern of the sector antenna is f(θ). In this case, f(θ) satisfying g(θ)=f(θ)*ρ(θ) (χ: convolution) is found and is set as the antenna pattern of the sector antenna.
