PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorinated polyether excellent in solubility in an organic solvent and ydrolysis resistance. SOLUTION: The fluorinated polyether has a basic skeleton represented by-CnF2nO- (wherein n is an integer of 1 to 18) and a molecular weight of 500 to 10,000, with a polar group represented by -CON(R1)R2 [wherein R1 and R2 are each an aliphatic hydrocarbon group, a hydrocarbon group having terminal hydroxyl groups, or a hydrocarbon group having terminal -OCOR3 groups (wherein R3 is a hydrocarbon group)] at least at one end. |
