METHOD OF PREDICTING VIBRATION LEVEL FOR BUILDING AND METHOD OF DESIGNING BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of designing a building for assuring economic and comfortable living life without causing excessive design even in a frequency band where there is no resonance vibration due to deviation of the natural vibration frequency of the building from the main vibration frequency of a ground. SOLUTION: A vibration level for a ground on which the building is constructed is measured and analyzed for every frequency and the range of vibration frequency estimated as the natural vibration frequency of the building is assumed. The vibration level for the building corresponding to all values for the natural frequency of the building in the assumed range is calculated for predicting the vibration level for every natural vibration frequency to be assumed for the building.
