<p>A method of saving energy in indoor cooling and heating by combining an indoor air vertical convection producing means with an indoor cooling and heating means, comprising the steps of operating or stopping a fan allowing the air to suck and exhaust for producing a vertical convection in indoor air through intake and exhaust ports provided on indoor upper and lower sides according to a difference in the temperatures detected on the indoor upper and lower sides, increasing and decreasing the output of the fan during the operation so as to prevent such a waste of energy that warm air is accumulated on the indoor upper side and cool air is accumulated on the indoor lower side, and controlling the amount of energy consumed by the operation of a cooling and heating machine in the control and operation for the operation and stoppage of the cooling and heating machine installed indoors according to a difference between the temperature detected indoors and a predetermined set indoor temperature, whereby a room temperature can be controlled efficiently with less energy consumption by combining the indoor air vertical convection producing means with the indoor cooling and heating means.</p> |
