PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanging method, a heat exchanger and a heat exchanging system in which heat exchanging between fluids is realized without reducing a water flowing speed or without decreasing a heat exchanging calorie. SOLUTION: There are provided a first tube passage (a heat exchanging tube 2) of a curved structure and a second tube passage (an outer tube 6) enclosing the first tube passage. First fluid (high temperature water HW) is flowed in the first tube passage and second fluid (water W) is flowed in a direction opposite to that of the first fluid, a heat exchanging is carried out between the first fluid and the second fluid, thereby a heat exchanging between the fluids is realized without decreasing a water flowing speed or without reducing a heat exchanging amount.
