PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an easy selection of a cooking-menu button which is frequently used by a user in cooking. SOLUTION: Frequency of use of the cooking-menu buttons is counted each time the button in an operator panel is touched, and the buttons in the panel are arranged in descending order from a frequently used button.
