PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a difficulty with prior art that when in an oven toaster continuous cooking is performed, an optimum eating cooking time is not obtained to result in variations of cooking performance. SOLUTION: Correction is performed to a heater conductivity and cooking time where cooking time is determined or has been determined from a chamber temperature to which correction is performed, or from interval time to which correction is performed in response to a power conduction rate of a heater(heat source) 3 in a predetermined time during previous cooking, to determine the cooking time. As a result, a cooked tasty article can be obtained at all times.
