PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly compensate a temperature without adding a circuit or component such as diode for temperature compensation. SOLUTION: A means (voltage source 11) is provided for impressing a prescribed bias to the anode of a diode 1 for detection, the cathode of that diode 1 is grounded through a capacitor 2, a resistor 3 having a resistance value sufficiently smaller than the inverse resistance value of the diode 1 is in parallel connected to the capacitor and the detecting signal of a high frequency signal supplied to the anode of the diode 1 can be extracted from a connecting point (a) of the cathode of the diode 1, the capacitor 2 and the resistor 3 so that an influence to be exerted upon a detection voltage by the temperature characteristics of the diode for detection can be suppressed small.
