Fastening device for flat components

The fixing device fixes a first flat component (1) to a parallel second one (2), using a spring clamp (3). The second component has a rectangular recess (4) in which flat opposite angled material sectors (5) of the first component fit. There are slots (6) in these sectors parallel to the second component. The spring clamp, which is U-shaped or V-shaped in cross section, has flanges (7) angled outwards, which can be fitted between the material sectors and supported on the first component.
