SOLUTION: In the method a high pressure activated water is ejected to the outer wall surface, etc., of a building, etc., to clean the outer wall surface, etc. The apparatus for activated water cleaning has a high pressure machine for pressurizing water and a high pressure cleaning machine for ejecting the high pressure water supplied from the high pressure machine, and an activated water producing apparatus for activating water by the interaction between magnetism and far infrared rays is installed in a water channel between the high pressure machine and the high pressure cleaning machine.
