PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress or prevent the obesity of an animal or a human or disease associated with the obesity, and further to prevent inflammatory attributable to neutral fat of the skin. SOLUTION: A lipase inhibitor containing a crude drug derived from the terrestrial part of yacon or its extract. The crude drug or extract inhibits pancreatic lipase activity, which participates the digestion and absorption of lipid, and thereby suppresses the accumulation of the lipid in a body. |
