PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulation chamber and its cold storage apparatus capable of preventing thermal loss and freezing at a heat medium inflow port and an outflow port of the cold insulation chamber, and their connection points. SOLUTION: A heat medium inflow port lid of the cold insulation chamber 10 and an outflow port lie of the same are covered with a heat insulation member 11f, and connection portions of an inflow pipe 21a and an outflow port 21b are covered with a heat insulation member 25, so that heat of fresh air is prevented from invading into a heat medium, and hence cooling capability upon cold storage and cold insulation performance upon transportation from being lowered. Further, the foregoing connection portions are prevented from making direct contact with fresh air, so that even if the heat medium is at a minus temperature, freezing is prevented from being formed in the heat medium inflow port lid, outflow port 11e, and in the inflow pipe 21a, and further in the outflow pipe 21b owing to water in the fresh air, and hence removal of the inflow pipe 21a and the outflow pipe 21b are ensured without any trouble at need.
