PURPOSE: A power supply circuit for inverter is provided to achieve an improved operation efficiency of the circuit by providing PWM signal in a stable manner. CONSTITUTION: A power supply circuit comprises a transformer(110) for receiving, smoothing and rectifying a predetermined AC power, transforming and amplifying the rectified AC power into a voltage having a predetermined level, and outputting the resultant voltage; a switching unit(120) constituted by first and second switching sections(Q1,Q2) which are connected in parallel, and which operate in accordance with the voltage output from the transformer and switch the voltage; a driving transformer(140) including first and second transformers(T1,T2) which output predetermined PWM signals in a manner corresponding to the on/off operation of first and second switching sections; and a PWM IC(130) for setting the switching signal at a predetermined duty ratio and frequency and applying the switching signal, in such a manner that PWM signals are output through the corresponding transformer while one of first and second transformers of the driving transformer is in operation.
