<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost beautifying implement capable of obtaining effects of expediting blood circulation by giving a stable and effective stimulus to the skin and expediting a metabolism or the like and having light handleability, easy portability and free using place and to provide a cosmetizing device capable of more efficiently obtaining an effect of expediting the metabolism or the like, massaging any site and removing a pore's dirt. SOLUTION: The beautifying implement gives the stimulus by a mechanical fore and minus and plus electrical stimuli to the skin. Further, the device comprises pressing protrusions formed of monofilaments having different charging characteristics of 30 to 200μm and installed so as to be contacted with each other in the case of massaging and a magnetic force.</p> |
