PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook device wherewith a hook body is very easily and securely fitted to a solid block in a manner that it neither comes out easily nor rattled and also very easily and simply replaced. SOLUTION: This hook device for hanging the solid block 1 comprises the hook body 3 having a hook 4 formed on one end side and projections 6 formed with a phase difference of 180 degrees equipped on the other end side nearly on the outer peripheral of the end part of a leg part 5 and a base frame 2. In the base frame comprising a hollow cylindrical body with a bottom buried in the block, multiple protrusions 7 are formed on its outer surface, holes 8 and 8a are formed in its inside for insertion of the leg part 5 of the hook body 3 and each projection 6, respectively, and a communicating passage 9 where each projection 6 can rotate by 90 degrees at their bottom part; and a locking groove 10 for locking each projection 6 are provided.
