SOLUTION: This method has a 1st measurement stage where a work is photographed by a 1st camera A to obtain information A1 on the distance between a 2nd surface 4 and a 2nd camera B, a 2nd measurement stage where the work is photographed by the 2nd camera B to obtain information B1 on the distance between a 1st surface 8 and the 1st camera A, a 1st arithmetic stage where the difference Bd between previously set focusing position information A0 of the 2nd camera and the distance information A is found, a 2nd arithmetic stage where the difference Ad between previously set focusing position information B0 of the 1st camera and the distance information B1 is found, a 1st correction stage where the distance between the 2nd camera and 2nd surface is corrected by the difference Bd, and a 2nd correction stage where the distance between the 1st camera and 1st surface is corrected by the difference Ad. |
