PURPOSE: A process for preparing a distilled health beverage using a radish by sufficiently heating radish cut to a specified size, pressing, heating the obtained radish juice and cooling is provided. Whereby, the health beverage is convenient to drink and store and has medicinal action of radish. CONSTITUTION: A radish is washed, cut to a specified size by a cutter, heated at 90deg.C for 5hr in a water bath, cooled to an appropriate temperature and pressed in a high-speed dehydrator to produce radish juice, which is heated at above 100deg.C and cooled to produce the titled health beverage.
