<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform communication, with which a band is secured even for connectionless communication, while reducing the load of processing as well. SOLUTION: When the header of a data packet specifies communication from an originating/incoming address, a node system, which contains the information of a band required for that communication and passes this packet, is provided with means 401-403 for inputting that packet, means 404-406 and 408-410 for reading the header of the packet and means 408-410 for deciding whether the band required for that communication can be secured or not while using read header information. Namely, a shaping device 404 decides whether the originating/incoming address is registered or not and whether the required band is changed or not, an output I/F part reads a changed bit, the originating/ incoming address and the required band out of the header and when there is one changed bit showing the change of conditions, it is decided whether the band required for the communication can be secured in registered required bands or not.</p> |
