摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation method of a heating element and a carbon filament which prevents generation of peeling of an insulation material due to thermal expansion or air expansion, realizes improvement of insulation performance and heat resistance and flame resistance, and further, has stable electric characteristics even in high-temperature range. SOLUTION: The method consists of a focusing and threading process for forming a focusing and threading body from thousands or hundreds of thousands of polyacrylonitrile carbon filaments, a first coating process for forming a single-layer coated body provided with a first coating layer with the surface of the focusing and threading body coated with synthetic polymer resin through coating treatment, and a second coating process for forming a multilayer coated body provided with a second coating layer on the first coating layer with the single-layer coated body coated with synthetic polymer resin.
