PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor that has improved reliability by easily connecting a lead-out wire of a stator winding and a lead wire and reducing the number of parts and assembling steps. SOLUTION: In a motor consisting of a stator formed by mounting a winding and a rotor axially supported with bearings via brackets at both sides of the stator, there is provided an insulating holding tool 7 having a ring portion 7a provided with a cylindrical flange 7b at the circumference, a pocket portion 7c projected in the opposite side of the stator 2 covering a connecting portion 6 for connecting the lead-out wire 4 of the stator winding and a lead wire 5 to the external side, a plurality of ribs 7a for guiding the lead wire 5 in the same side as the pocket 7c of the ring portion 7a, and a bushing 7f to deposit the cylindrical lead wire 5 to the predetermined location at the circumference of the ring portion 7a. As a result, the flange 7b of the insulation holding tool 7 is engaged with one side of the stator.
