PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a thermal storage of a thermal storage tank capable of reducing a dead water content by stopping the storage for a predetermined time by utilizing agitating in a water tank by abruptly stopping a flow of water in the storage tank, recalculating whether a thermal storage amount is satisfied or not, and then thermally restoring the tank for a residual time if the storage amount is insufficient. SOLUTION: The method for controlling the thermal storage of the thermal storage tank comprises the steps of more early calculating a thermal storage completing time of a necessary thermal storage amount from a night electric rate finishing time so as to reduce the dead water content of the thermal storage tank 10 to thermally store the tank, again recalculating a necessary thermal storage amount after a predetermined time by utilizing water temperature agitating in the water tank by stopping all of a cold and warm water generator 20 and a pump 21 after the completion of the thermal storage and shutting off the flow of the water in the tank 10, and thermally restoring the tank for the residual time up to the night electric rate finishing time if the thermal storage is needed. |
