PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel mounting structure of a building capable of reducing total cost on the whole, improving a water drainage function of a frame, the assembly property or the workability, and improving the design property of the building. SOLUTION: A partitioning plate 7 is provided between a pair of opposing walls 3 to divide and partition a section between a pair of opposing walls 3 into a water drainage channel 8 and an opening storage space 9, and a screw 16 positioned on the water drainage channel 8 side is supported on the partitioning plate 7 through a bolt 11 and a nut 13. A clipper plate 14 is supported on the nut 13 and the screw 16 through a loose hole 15, both side parts of the clipper plate 14 are opened, expanded, and inclined in the direction of the partitioning plate 7, respectively, and a plate spring is provided between the partitioning plate 7 and the clipper plate 14. A lip gasket 19 is provided in one end part of each pressing fringe 17, and a locking claw 22 locking in each side part of the clipper plate 14 is provided in the other end part of each pressing fringe 17 to join an inclined face 21 of each lip gasket 19 with a side face 29 of a glass panel 26 constituting each panel 25 obliquely.
