TOOL FOR RELEASING LASHING OF CASK USED FOR TRANSPORTATION OF NEW MIXED-OXIDE FUEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool which enables an easy releasing manipulation for a lashing mechanism that horizontally holds fuel assemblies in a cask in equipment for handling a new mixed-oxide(MOX) fuel with a radiation exposure dose curbed. SOLUTION: This tool has a triple-tube structure that can be located on a shield 11 and is characterized by the configuration where the outermost circumference is formed into a tool 5 for rotating a control nut, the middle part is formed into a tool 6 for rotating a lock nut and the central part is formed into a jig 7 for detecting the height of a control bar through the up-and-down movement of the jig 7.
