PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure for easily installing a mount rail to the frame of a case for electric/electronic equipment. SOLUTION: An engagement part 9 is provided at one end of a mount rail 4, and a cutout part 2 where the engagement part 9 is engaged is provided at a lower frame 3 of a case frame, thus eliminating the need for work where a working personnel bends forward while supporting the mount rail 4 by hands, and hence greatly improving working efficiency. In addition, the engagement part 9 is formed at the base edge of a bending part 7 that is provided at the edge of the mount rail 4, thus allowing the surface of the lower frame 3 of a vertical frame 1 to come into contact with that of an overhang piece 8 of the mount rail 4 each other, and hence providing more stable installation structure.
