PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve trouble that a back split occurs due to a load car and a change with time and a conventional seamless expansion joint cannot follow an expanded and contracted quantity of a floor slab sufficiently. SOLUTION: A composite material layer in which aggregate is bonded with notched sections at bridge floor slab end sections opposed, holding an opening of rail joints by a site mixing cold cure type binder is laid on the same surface as a paved surface while rubber meshes are buried into the composite material layer, crossing the opening of the rail joints.
