PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and efficiently prepare a document for a road occupancy/use permission application from design data and further to exactly reflect this document with design contents. SOLUTION: This document preparation system is provided with a format pattern library storing plural format patterns corresponding to a road occupancy/use permission application or a road occupancy/use permission application format and a graphic pattern library storing plural graphic patterns. When buried object plan data 9 and 11-13 containing buried object laying route data are generated on the basis of status quo drawing data 7, buried object position data 3 and 4 and buried object design data, on the basis of format pattern data from the format pattern library and the buried object plan data, a road occupancy or use permission application is prepared and on the basis of graphic data from the graphic pattern library, the status quo drawing data and the buried object laying route data, an attached drawing is prepared. |
