PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple structure by omission of sole parts of the intricate structure consisting of four kinds of parts of the sole of a movable connecting structure of the prior art. SOLUTION: The sole comprises two kinds of the parts. The part constituting the front segment of the sole consists of a recessed type structure (1) and the part constituting the rear segment consists of a projecting type structure (2). A projecting segment (7) is elastic rubber. The position where the recessed type structure part (1) and the projecting type structure part (2) are combined is the position (6) where the metatarsophalangeal joint is movable. The segment where both come into contact when the both are combined is a surfaces A (3) and another segment is a spacing. While the adhesion of the sole segment (8) is the surface on the sole, the surface B (4) of the projecting segment is not adhered. The segments covering feet are boots or sandals.
