PURPOSE: A system for automatically selling and guiding a ticket including a sale helper through the Internet is provided to enable a sale helper from a remote place to guide a traffic route or sell a ticket in case that a consumer makes a request for purchasing the ticket in a voice by installing an automatic ticket selling machine connected to the Internet. CONSTITUTION: An automatic ticket selling machine is composed of a ticket issuing printer, a camera, a speaker, a monitor, a microphone, a conveyer, a camera capable of counting money, changes providing device and a refund device which are installed in a computer connected to the Internet. A monitor composed of a computer connected to the Internet, a video camera, a microphone, a speaker and ticket issuing program is installed in the front of the ticket selling machine. A sale helper from a remote place is displayed through the video camera. In case that a consumer appears in the front of the automatic ticket selling machine, the sale helper looks at the consumer through the camera installed in the ticket selling machine. The voice of the sale helper is transmitted to the consumer through the speaker. In case that the consumer tells a destination, the sale helper guides the consumer. In case that the sale helper confirms the amount of money, the amount of money is inputted to the computer. A ticket is automatically issued. In addition, changes are calculated and provided.
