PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain chips from scattering as well as to efficiently cool a cutting part. SOLUTION: A discharge ring 14 having many nozzles 17 communicated with an annular passage 15 and opened forward is provided on the approximately whole range of the circumferential part of a ring body 14a having the annular passage 15, the discharge ring 14 is coaxially provided on a casing 10 for supporting a spindle 11, and coolant is pressure-fed to the passage 15 of the discharge ring 14.
