PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windproof fan to retrieve the energy of winds and generate electric power upon being installed for wind shield on a testing device for wind shield plates or blades, a car, bridge, building, etc. SOLUTION: The windproof fan 1 includes a body frame 2 which is fitted with a fan 3, rotary shaft 4 and power generator 5 so that a unitized construction is embodied. A wind shield plate 10 consists of a number of windproof fans 1 combined in a flat plate. When it receives wind, the fan element 3 of each windproof fan 1 is rotated to turn the generator 5 coupled with the rotary shaft 4 so that electric power is generated. The wind shield plate 1 plays the role of wind shield and allows the wind blowing away in waste according to the conventional arrangement to be converted into electric power which is retrievable as an energy. The windproof fan 1 is also applied to a testing device for blades, a car, bridge and building, and converts the energy of winds into electric power. |
