PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device for a bearing having improved sealing performance for preventing the entry of water, dust and mud from the outside into the bearign, and showing stable sealing performance over a long period. SOLUTION: The sealing device comprises an outside annular member 2 mounted on the outer ring side of the bearing, an inside annular member 4 mounted on the inner ring side, and a seal member 3 having lip portions 3a, 3b, 3c fixed to the outside annular member 2 and put in contact with the inside annular member 4 for sealing between the outside annular member 2 and the inside annular member 4. The inside annular member 4 has a first sliding face 4b comprising a cylindrical plane having a preset radius, a second sliding face 4c comprising a plane almost perpendicular to the axial center of the bearing and a third sliding face 4d isolated from the sliding faces 4b, 4c and comprising a cylindrical plane having a preset radius. The seal member 3 has the first-third lip portions 3a, 3b, 3c sliding on the first-third sliding faces 4b 4c, 4d.
