NATURAL LEATHER PRODUCT HAVING MICROWAVE ABSORPTION AND ANTIBACTERIAL FUNCTIONS, COMPOSITION THEREFOR AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for preparing natural leather and a composition therefor are provided to effect antibacterial function and absorb microwave by adhering specific material and then applying antibacterial polyurethane film and/or coating antibacterial polishing agent on surface of the leather. CONSTITUTION: The production method of natural leather comprises dispersing 5-4 wt.% of specific materials to absorb microwave such as Mn-Zn-, Ni-Zn-, Mg-Cu-Zn-ferrite to a coupling agent solution and spraying the dispersed solution onto surface of the natural leathers such as cowhide, sheepskin or hog skin and applying polyurethane film on the treated leather to form coating layer. The composition is prepared by adding to polyurethane with 0.5-5 wt.% of inorganic antibacterial material to form a film or dispersing 90 wt.% of thinner having 0.1-2.5 micrometers of particle size and 10 wt.% of the inorganic antibacterial material to form concentrated solution; and mixing it with any polishing agent to produce a polishing solution having 0.5-5 wt.% of the antibacterial material.
