SOLUTION: Arrangement and an arranging position of a virtual two-dimensional array antenna are set by a virtual two-dimensional array setting part 13, a two-directional angle sector is set by an angle sector setting part 14, and after calculating an array converting matrix for converting a steering vector in the angle sector of an actual array antenna 10 into a steering vector in an angle sector of the virtual two-dimensional array antenna by an array converting matrix calculating part 16, a correlation matrix of the virtual two-dimensional array antenna is calculated by a correlation matrix calculating part 17, by using a correlation matrix of a received signal of the actual array antenna 10 calculated by this array converting matrix and a correlation matrix calculating part 12, and a correlation matrix calculated from this correlation matrix by a space smoothing matrix calculating part 18 is processed by a MU SIC measuring angle processing part 19, to estimate the incident azimuth of an incoming waves.</p>
