STRUCTURE FOR DEFINING AND REPRESENTING INDIVIDUAL PRIORITY OF MULTIMEDIA SEGMENT AND SEMANTIC ELEMENT AND MULTIMEDIA BROWSING METHOD

PURPOSE: A structure for defining and representing an individual priority of a multimedia segment and a semantic element and a multimedia browsing method are provided to improve the efficiency of searching and storing multimedia by enabling a multimedia to represent a priority of a segment based on a semantic element or to represent a priority of the semantic element based on the segment in case that the multimedia has connection information of the segment and the semantic element. CONSTITUTION: A connector is an id of connection information of a segment and a semantic element. It means that the connector(Ln) connects the segment(Sn) and the semantic(Mn). The connection information includes a priority of the relevant connection segment(Sn) on the basis of the semantic element and the relevant connection semantic element on the basis of the segment(Sn). An admitted user can subjectively give priority information.
