<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for easily grasping the state of operation carried out on an information processing terminal. SOLUTION: When the start of operation on a terminal to be monitored is detected (step S1), an operation object such as the name of a file for the detected operation is confirmed (step S2), the operation name corresponding to the operation object is retrieved from an operation item storage device (step S3), and when the operation name of the operation object is not registered, a terminal 10 is requested to input an operation name (step S4); and the inputted operation name is newly registered in the operation item storage device while made to correspond to the operation object (step S5) and the operation object, operation name, and operation start time are stored in an operation state recording device (step S6). When the end of the operation is detected (step S7), the operation end time of the operation is stored in the operation state recording device (step S8).</p> |
