<p>Copolymers consist of (I) 40-60 mole % ethylene, (II) 40-60 mole % tetrafluoroethylene, and (III) a small amount of a vinyl comonomer with no telogenic activity, which provides a side chain containing at least two C atoms. The copolymer with this composition has good drawing properties at high temps. It is especially suitable for use in the extrusion coating of wire, which is to be subjected to high temps. Shaped articles can also be produced from the molten copolymer.</p> |
